As a Crew Member at AfroDeez, you will play a vital role in both front of house and back of house operations, ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and our kitchen runs smoothly.

**Responsibilities**:
Customer Service Excellence:Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Ensure prompt delivery of orders while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

Food Preparation and Handling:Prepare and assemble menu items according to AfroDeez's standards and recipes.
Follow food safety and hygiene practices to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
Adhere to portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality and cost control.
Assist in receiving, stocking, and rotating inventory as needed.

Team Collaboration:Work collaboratively with other crew members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and maintain a positive work environment.
Support fellow team members in their roles to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our customers.

Punctuality and Dependability:Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and maintain a reliable attendance record.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to fulfilling job responsibilities.
Adapt to changing schedules and priorities, displaying flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure during peak business hours.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
