We are inclusive, fun, creative, and our goal is to To focus on the needs of the individual child by providing a safe, nurturing environment in which children are seen as capable citizens. With the help of the environment as a "third teacher", we incorporate child led/play based programming that scaffolds the children's development with social, physical, intellectual, creative, and emotional needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and implement lesson plans that are age-appropriate and meet the needs of the children.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Encourage children to explore, discover, and express themselves through play and activities.
- Monitor children's progress and document their development.
- Communicate with parents about their child's progress.
- Collaborate with other Educator to create a positive learning environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $18.64-$26.62 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Innisfail, AB T4G 1M6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Early learning and childcare certification level 2 (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
