Alsport Dealership is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) / Tire Technician to join our team in Regina. As a PDI / Tire Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and performance of our vehicles and providing excellent service to our customers.

**Responsibilities**:
**Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)**:

- Perform pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles' mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic components.
- Identify and address any defects or issues found during the inspection process.
- Complete required documentation and reports related to PDI procedures.

**Tire Services**:

- Mount, balance, and install tires on vehicles, ensuring proper alignment and inflation.
- Perform tire repairs, rotations, and replacements as needed.
- Inspect tire treads and sidewalls for signs of wear or damage.
- Maintain accurate records of tire inventory and service history.

**Vehicle Maintenance**:

- Perform basic maintenance tasks on vehicles, such as oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements.
- Inspect and lubricate vehicle components as necessary.
- Clean and detail vehicles to prepare them for delivery to customers.

**Customer Service**:

- Provide friendly and professional service to customers during the vehicle delivery process.
- Answer customer questions and address concerns regarding vehicle condition and maintenance.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering vehicles that meet or exceed their expectations.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other departments, including sales and service, to ensure smooth vehicle delivery processes.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate tasks and prioritize workloads.
- Assist other technicians and team members as needed to support dealership operations.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in automotive or powersport industry, preferably in a PDI or tire technician role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
- Experience with tire mounting, balancing, and repair equipment.
- Attention to detail and ability to perform thorough inspections.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Valid bike driver's license and clean driving record.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
