**Position**:Applied Behaviour Analysis-Practice Lead**

**Location**: Prince George BC

**Hours**: 35 hours/week

We are looking for an **Applied Behaviour Analysis Practice Lead **to join our **Sources North Team** This individual must be a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst, be a Registered Autism Service Provider in BC and have at least 5 years providing clinical supervision and staff/parent trainings. This individual must be an enthusiastic and supportive supervisor, have a holistic approach to ABA treatment and be comfortable providing clinical guidance on a wide variety of cases. Onsite is preferred, however remote work may be possible.

- **Description of Position**_

Reporting to the Director of Sources North, the ABA Practice Lead is a permanent employee of Sources Community Resources. The Practice Lead will directly support and oversee all ABA implementation across a variety of programs. SOURCES values evidence-based best practices and alignment to the BACB Code of Ethics when providing ABA services. The ABA Practice Lead will ensure that staff maintain these standards while fostering professional development and parent support. This includes directly overseeing staff, providing training, maintaining ongoing clinical documentation for staff working towards certification with the BACB, and developing and facilitating educational workshops for caregivers and professionals. Collaborating with management will be essential in order to support Sources staff who implement ABA programs.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Directly supervise the implementation of ABA programing and provide feedback to staff.
- Run small group and individual clinical supervision meetings across direct service and parent support programs.
- Maintain supervision requirements for staff in accordance with BACB guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation on all clinical cases and ensure follow-through of clinical recommendations.
- Attend parent support groups and provide clinical feedback on parent trainings.
- Provide trauma-informed and culturally sensitive consultation on cases experiencing complex challenges.
- Liaise with management team to support staff performance and program development.

**Qualifications**:

- MEd or MA (Psychology) with BACB certification
- Registered Autism Service Provider in the province of BC
- Minimum 5 years experience with supervising ABA programs
- Comfortable navigating technology to conduct meetings, maintain online records and provide online trainings.
- Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training is considered an asset.
- Criminal Records Check through the Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General Criminal Records Review Program Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License and driver's abstract.
