Nous embauchons actuellement un technicien aux pieces. À ce titre, vous gérerez les commandes de pièces pour le centre de service et vous assurerez l’organisation de l’expédition et de la réception des pièces ainsi que le nettoyage de l’atelier.

En tant que technicien aux pieces à notre succursale de **Lachine**, vous effectuerez les tâches suivantes:

- Créer des bons de commande.
- Saisir les commandes et la réception de pièces dans le système et stocker les pièces.
- Aller chercher ou livrer des pièces ou des outils, au besoin.
- Offrir de l’aide pour les articles sous garantie et gérer les demandes des clients.
- Obtenir des devis de nos fournisseurs, commander des pièces et aider l’équipe du service à obtenir les pièces nécessaires pour leurs devis - notamment traiter les commandes de pièces entrantes venant des techniciens de service - et effectuer le traitement des pièces entrantes et sortantes.
- Participer à l’entretien global du bâtiment et de la propriété ainsi qu’à diverses inspections de sécurité des ateliers et de l’équipement.
- Gérer le contrôle des stocks, notamment le dénombrement cyclique des stocks, et participer au processus d’inventaire et à la production de rapports sur le sujet.
- Gérer des dossiers et des fichiers, et maintenir un environnement de travail propre et sécuritaire.

Compétences et habiletés requises:

- Capacité de communiquer en français et anglais
- Grand souci du service à la clientèle, bonnes compétences en communication verbale et écrite, fort sens de l’organisation et capacité à terminer les tâches
- Capacité de travailler efficacement en équipe et d’offrir sa collaboration
- Capacité de soulever des charges de 25 lb (11 kg) de manière fréquente et de 100 lb (45 kg) de manière occasionnelle

Ce serait bien si vous aviez:

- Expérience en matière d’expédition, de réception et de gestion des stocks
- Permis de conduire valide et expérience dans la conduite de chariots élévateurs (permis valide requis)
- Compétences intermédiaires en Excel (formules de base, capacité à effectuer des recherches V
- Expérience dans le secteur du transport ou des semi-remorques
