**Salary**: The wage for the first month's training is at a pay rate of $18/hour with performance pay to follow. You can expect to earn $40,000 to $55,000 in your first year, based on full time work, plus benefits after 3 months.

**Applicants should**:

- Be excited about wearing a kilt to work everyday
- Be capable of providing outstanding customer service

- Have ladder experience and/or be capable of working at height
- Have a clean Class 5 Driver's License
- Be comfortable with working outdoors year round
