**Résumé des fonctions... **:Offrir un service à la clientèle en maintenant l’aire de vente bien approvisionnée et zonée et en offrant de l’aide pour répondre aux besoins des clients en matière de magasinage. Il accomplira ces tâches en apportant son aide à l’aire des caisses au besoin et en approvisionnant et en récupérant la marchandise, le tout dans un environnement propre et sécuritaire. Cet associé fonctionnera comme faisant partie d’une équipe pour planifier et exécuter stratégiquement des tâches en fonction de la charge de travail et des périodes d’achalandage.

Ce que vous ferez...

1. Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle en accueillant tous les clients de façon polie et courtoise, en aidant les clients en faisant la promotion des produits et des services, en repérant la marchandise et en prenant des décisions d’achat, en réglant les problèmes des clients et en transmettant leurs préoccupations, le cas échéant.
2. Assumer une fonction dans un secteur désigné de l’aire de vente.
3. Effectuer les tâches de zonage d’un secteur donné.
4. Déplacer les articles-vedettes vers leur module permanent.
5. Ramasser la marchandise récupérée se trouvant au comptoir de service à la clientèle ou dans d’autres secteurs de la succursale.
6. Venir en aide au personnel de l’aire des caisses.
7. Communiquer avec les autres associés pour s’assurer que l’effectif dans l’aire de vente est préservé.
8. Contribuer à un environnement de travail sécuritaire, propre et sans danger en respectant les directives et les procédures de la Compagnie, y compris en remplissant les registres de balayage de sécurité et en s’assurant que les présentoirs et les modules sont sécuritaires.
9. Aider à l’inspection de toutes les fonctions OMNI (ex. : emplacement de stockage, cueillette, expédition, etc.). Des exemples de ces fonctions incluent, mais sans s’y limiter : distribution de produits d’épicerie en ligne, récupération et mise en place de la mise en place de la marchandise des emplacements de stockage pour le client.
