This is a full time Monday to Friday position. We offer a competitive salary, group benefits and a pension plan.
The Office/Finance Manager is responsible for ensuring the organization’s finances, human resources, health and safety and office administration is running efficiently and within legislative guidelines.
**Responsibilities**:
- Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Maintain General Ledger
- Bank Reconciliations
- Prepare Month End Reports and Financial Statements
- Budget Preparation
- Payroll and Group Benefit Administration
- General Office Duties
**Education & Experience**
- University Degree or College Diploma in Accounting/Finance or Business Administration/Management.
- Proficiency with MS Office Applications including Word and Excel
- 1 to 2 years of accounting/office administration experience
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
