**Job Title: Auto Body Prepper**

**Location**:Waterdown Collision, Waterdown, ON

**Reports To**: Shop Manager

Waterdown Collision is a family-run Collision Repair Facility that has been serving the GHA for 50 years. Conveniently located at Highway 5 & Highway 6 in Flamborough, our center is about to expand to a new facility, designed to utilize advanced equipment and modern technology for a 30,000sq ft. state of the art facility.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read, understand, and follow work orders efficiently.
- Inspect projects prior to refinishing to ensure all prep and repair work is complete.
- Detail paint work, including unmasking, inspection, touch-ups, buffing, and minor reassembly.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers to ensure a seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.

**Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Able to lift 50lbs. occasionally and adhere to health and safety practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a collision center.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Auto Body Prepper.
- Driver's license preferred but not required.

**Working hours**:

- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (possible overtime)

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
