Wireline Supervisor

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of Cased hole wireline. Perforate, Bridge plugs, retainers, wr plugs, packers, logging cement, gamma ray ccl.
- Ensure that jobs go safely, smoothly, and efficient.
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to optimize production processes
- Maintain accurate records of production data and employee performance

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing or production setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
- Understanding of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment

Pay: $40.00-$56.05 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- oil and gas: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 1 Licence (preferred)
