**THE ROLE**
The Arena Attendant monitors and maintains the ice rink. They respond to inquiries about the facility, hours, regulations and rules, and provide information on services provided. They ensure access to the facility and services is by authorized clients only. They open and close the facility in accordance with security regulations.

**QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED** Education, Certifications and Licenses**

An acceptable combination of education, training, and/or experience will be considered

Current CPR and basic First Aid qualifications

**Experience**

In ice rink maintenance

In operating ice rink equipment

In providing customer service

**Competencies, Skills and Abilities**

Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership

**LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS**
English Essential

**START DATE**
Two Arena Attendant positions currently available. One position is permanent part time while the other is a temporary part time position.

Both position contract start dates: As soon as possible

Temporary position contract end date: 30 April 2023
