This is a 2-year maternity leave contract.
**What You Will Do**
- Play a leadership role in evolving and progressing the Operational Risk Management and Information Security frameworks, policies and procedures in line with business and industry developments
- Focus on the operational risk aspects of information security management including governance and control frameworks for areas including but not limited to business continuity, third party risk management, and access control.
- Collaborate with the Senior Leaders, business, project and technology teams to identify and assess operational risks and review and assess controls, mitigation strategies or improvement plans across all business areas
- Work collaboratively with the ORM team to identify, monitor and report on operational risk incidents, issues, trends and outcomes to Senior Leaders on a regular basis
- Research and share knowledge of latest operational risk management techniques and practices across the team

The salary range for this position is $108,000 - 125,000 annually. In addition, there is an annual performance bonus which contributes to the total compensation of this position.
