**Objectives**:
Estimating & Sales of +$1,500,000.
- Complete estimates and close paint jobs at a high success ratio.
- Execute, Maintain and Develop sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve company objectives.
- Maintain our significant customer relationships to continue to drive our industry leading repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize our sales process.
- Maintain our sales forecasting process to provide accurate revenue projections.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with key industry stakeholders and influencers.
- Have a seat at the table to provide strategic input to the executive team and shape the company’s overall direction and growth.
- There is no ceiling on commissions. We are looking for someone who is serious about chasing above average earnings in the industry.

Job Specifics

Year 1 Income Package around $100,000 on all expectations being accomplished.

Income package can be structured in multiple ways. Please be advised that this role will contain multiple interviews, lunches, shadow days and more to ensure our key accounts are in good hands.In this role you will get an opportunity for an exciting role in painting sales and estimating with a ton of future potential.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
