**Your daily role**:
Very concretely, you will produce healthier and better-quality food for customers and communities. **Please note the shift requirements for this position include 12-hour continental rotating shifts including some weekends.**

THE ROLE:

- Analyze packaged product for conformance to customer and company specifications
- Monitor critical control points and adherence to deviations
- Complete pre-start-up inspection audits and line clearances
- Do a microanalysis of incoming and packaged products and equipment
- Perform calibration checks on laboratory equipment
