Cameron Okolita Inc. - Licensed Insolvency Trustees is Southern Saskatchewan’s #1 provider of insolvency services and has been for over 20 years. We are seeking a friendly individual with strong organizational skills coupled with excellent communication skills and a “can-do” attitude to fill a full-time permanent role of **Receptionist** on our team at our Regina office.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to staff members
- Greet in-person clientele and assist with their inquiries, payments, etc.
- Scan documents into electronic filing system
- Send correspondence and notices to creditors
- Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Draft and edit insolvency documents
- Other administrative and miscellaneous duties assigned
**Requirements**:
- Excellent organization skills and multitasking ability with attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Capacity to take responsibility for position and duties
**Additional Qualifications**:
- High school diploma
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Experience in dealing with clients in an office environment is an asset
- Excellent command of the English language
- Experience/ability and desire to work in a fast-past office environment
