We are now looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our manufacturing facility in Brantford, Ontario, Industry and Water segment. Day Shift: Monday to Friday, on call for emergencies.

**What you’ll bring to the team**:
- Must have a minimum of three (3) years of combined maintenance and industrial planning experience, ideally in a chemical manufacturing environment;
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial or chemical engineering in the chemical industry. Years of experience related to planning or maintenance can be compensated for the Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- High level computer skills
- Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, Internet (i.e. SharePoint)
- Knowledge of SAP software is an asset.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD software is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Maintenance of preventive and corrective maintenance schedule and SAP master data
- Plan and coordinate resources to maximize the efficiency of the Maintenance department. This includes issuing work orders, purchasing materials and parts, and managing inventory.
- Manage regulatory inspections of equipment.
- Responsible for managing the Management of Change process (MOC).
- Participate in the implementation of Kemira's process safety standard, including process risk analysis, pre-start-up safety assessment, safe operating procedures, safe operating limits, etc.
- Manage CAPEX projects at various stages including quoting, submitting and installation
- Work in accordance with Kemira standards and industry best practices.
- Act as a technical resource for maintenance personnel
- Coordinate and communicate with external contractors and vendors
