**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
The main purpose of this position consists in ensuring a continuous customer supply by planning, analyzing, optimizing and coordinating Bulk Gas distribution. Working in a 24/7 centralized environment, the individual is responsible for optimizing the distribution efficiency while minimizing costs and ensuring excellent service to internal and external customers while respecting transportation of dangerous goods, MOT & DOT regulations and ensuring that no customers run out of product.
- **Supervise the logistic analysts**
- **Establish LCC Analysts schedule to ensure 24h / 7days coverage**
- **Train/qualify/support analyst**
- **Analyzes bulk distribution logistics processes, suggests and implements recommendations to ensure their improvement and consistency.**
- **Reviews and optimizes the resource utilization between LCC and LSC's.**
- **Develops good practices and logistic tools allowing improvement of dispatching.**
- **Ensures implementation and optimal use of these practices and tools.**
- **Monitors performance indicators and costs ratios and implements appropriate actions to improve the performance.**
- **Leads data cleaning and data management actions**
- **Supervises the adjustments of safety levels, accompanies the change management.**
- **Interacts with internal/external customers.**
