Sodexo is growing We are looking for a Catering Cook to join our dynamic team. This position is a **FULL TIME.** You will be offered is a great team environment, work/life balance and the ability to cook healthy and appealing menus for consumers.
**Qualifications** About YOU**

You are an experienced cook **(Red Seal is a strong asset as well as Food Safe **certificate) who** enjoys working in a team environment, ensuring high quality results and meeting food safety, HACCP and OHS standards.

During your mandate, it will be your responsibility to support the Chef in the execution of daily activities defined for our client contract regarding all food service offerings including a coffee shop, cafeteria & catering menu. You will use your skills to help create an excellent food service offering for the clients and guests of this site. You will be asked to prepare general food production, cooking, serving as well as other assigned tasks.

You will Prepare the catering order for delivery; ensure all ordered food and service elements are present, help with service as needed and keep the Catering equipment in optimal condition at all times

You will be required to follow the various Sodexo programs: Food Safety, Health and Safety, Policies and Procedures, and Marketing.

You have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, excellent customer service and teamwork skills. Strong planning, organizational and time management skills as well as computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). You are able to work under pressure and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures. Red Seal is an asset.
