We are currently seeking a seasoned Estimator/Project Manager with an additional background in general office duties, including HR, basic accounting, and other administrative functions.
- **Position Overview**: The Estimator/Project Manager will play a pivotal role in our organization, overseeing project estimation, management, and contributing to the seamless function of general office operations. This role demands a combination of technical proficiency in project estimation, attention to detail, project management skills, hands-on experience with human resources, and basic accounting/administrative skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1*_**.Estimation and Project Management:*_
- Develop precise cost estimates for projects, considering materials, labor, and other relevant factors.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project processes and enhance efficiency.
- **2.General Office Duties**:_

**Human Resources**:

- Assist in employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.

**Basic Accounting**:

- Manage posting, invoicing, billing, etc.
- **3.Communication and Collaboration**:_
- Foster open communication within the team, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project updates, changes, and milestones.
- Collaborate with various departments, including finance, administration, and operations, to achieve organizational goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience as an Estimator/Project Manager with knowledge of basic blue print reading.
- Hands-on experience in general office duties, including HR, and basic accounting.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of, or ability to learn, relevant industry standards and regulations.
