**Roles & Responsiblities**:

- Work closely with senior designers or design teams to support ongoing projects.
- Contribute creative ideas and concepts to design discussions.
- Develop visual content for various platforms, including print and digital media.
- Design graphics, illustrations, and layouts for websites, social media, marketing materials, and other communication channels.
- Ensure consistency in design elements across various platforms to maintain the company’s brand identity.
- Stay updated on current design trends and industry best practices.
- Research competitors and other relevant design sources for inspiration.
- Develop the ability to present design concepts and ideas to team members or clients.
- Take initiative to learn new design techniques, tools, and industry trends.
- Effectively manage time to meet project deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Clearly communicate design ideas and concepts to team members and clients

**Required Experience & Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a 3-4 year graphic design, visual communication, or related program at a college or university.
- A strong and well-presented portfolio showcasing a range of design work. Include projects that demonstrate creativity, technical skills, and an understanding of design principles.
- Familiarity with creative software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma. Proficiency in other design tools may also be beneficial.
- Solid understanding of design principles, colour theory, typography, and layout.
- Ability to think outside the box and contribute innovative ideas to design projects.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to articulate design concepts and ideas clearly.
- Strong attention to detail in both the creative and technical aspects of design.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines for multiple projects.
