As a cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing and cooking a wide variety of foods while upholding our commitment to excellent customer service, good teamwork, and attention to detail. Adaptability and the ability to tweak the menu when necessary are essential. **Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a wide variety of foods, ensuring high-quality standards, flavor, and presentation.
- Supervise kitchen assistants to ensure work areas are clean, procedures are followed, and the quality of food is maintained.
- Collaborate with the team to adjust and tweak the menu based on customer preferences, dietary requests, and seasonal availability of ingredients.
- Uphold excellent customer service by engaging with guests, addressing their needs, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed.
- Willingness to learn and perform other tasks as required to support the overall operation of the restaurant.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a cook or chef, preferably in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests and accommodate their requests.
- Excellent team membership skills, collaborating effectively with coworkers to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Attention to detail, maintaining high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Flexibility and willingness to adjust and tweak the menu based on customer preferences and dietary requirements.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
