We are looking for Supervisors to work in a specific region and report to the local Manager. A supervisor is required to manage all staff under them, including recruitment, training, scheduling, equipment tracking, and quality assurance.
- Job Tasks: _
- Train, motivate, evaluate and correct cleaning staff and sub-contractors
- Maintain client relationships
- Tracking of company equipment
- Promptly rectify any service complaints
- Ensure all company protocols are being adhered to i.e. - WCB, WHMIS, etc.
- Make sure all employees have PPE equipment available at relevant work sites.
- Creation of cleaning task checklists
- Bring forward any questions or concerns from clients to Head Office as soon as possible
- Work to grow a positive culture within the Company at every opportunity
- Assist all members of the management team in a timely and professional manner

- Reliable transportation
- Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively throughout your shift
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage and disposal is an asset
- Commercial and residential cleaning experience is an asset

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
