We are looking to hire an **EXPERIENCED**, hardworking, client-focused house cleaning technician. The job is for residential cleaning, which includes all aspects of regular maintenance cleaning, deep cleaning, and move in/out cleaning. This position will start as PART-TIME.

**WHO ARE YOU?**
- You love to clean and have chosen house cleaning as your profession
- You have **at least 1 year** of professional cleaning experience
- You are a confident house cleaner who takes pride in your work
- You are detail oriented, dependable, and show up with a positive attitude :)
- You have excellent time management skills & complete appointments within allotted time frames
- You are kind to animals and are comfortable around all types of pets
- You enjoy working alone but work well with others when needed
- You are physically able to perform various tasks related to house cleaning such as mopping, dusting, vacuuming, bathroom & kitchen cleaning. This includes but is not limited to: standing up to 8 hours, walking up & down stairs, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

**APPLICANTS MUST**:

- Provide a recent, clear criminal record check
- Expect travel. You must have a vehicle with valid insurance & driver’s license.
- Have experience cleaning homes professionally, with work related references
- Have a cell phone to retrieve their schedule and stay in communication with management
- Be willing to work all over the city of Edmonton (We try to book appointments near each other whenever possible)
- Be able to pick up supplies and keys, and drop off towels to be laundered on a regular basis (We are based in West Edmonton)
- Be ok with P/T to start, approx. 15 hrs./week
- Be aware that all new hires must complete a 40-hour basic training period, paid at a wage of $18.00/hour. After the initial 40-hour training period, the wage will increase to $20.00+ per hour based on experience and skills. Training will continue as needed.
