**Educational qualification**: High School and/or Culinary degree or diploma(preferred) and/or (preferred).

**Languages**: English (required),

**Experience**: 1 year to less than 2 years of Experience in Indian cuisine or equivalent.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, with a specialization in South Indian food items.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all dishes.
- Follow established recipes and cooking techniques to maintain authenticity.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to streamline operations and maintain efficiency.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to guarantee freshness and minimize waste.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the menu and attract a broader customer base.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year to 2 years of experience as a Cook, with a focus on South Indian cuisine.
- Expertise in preparing Traditional South Indian dishes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Transportation**: Valid driver's license required after settling, Public transportation also available
