**What does the job look like?**
As a member of the Facilities team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the site and museum during your summer internship. With over 25,000 visitors a year, it’s important to maintain a pristine presentation. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, including routine grounds maintenance such as lawn cutting, weed whacking, and landscaping. Additionally, you will be involved in sanitation and cleaning tasks, perform minor repairs to buildings and equipment, manage the collection and disposal of garbage and recycling, and contribute to the care of livestock. Your role will extend to various other duties as assigned, providing you with a comprehensive experience in facility management and site upkeep.
