Self Storage Associate/Administrator - Part time

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate. As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment and has excellent organizational skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations based on their needs
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively answer customer inquiries
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining great attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Proficiency in computers

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week

**Experience**:

- customer service : 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
