**Position Overview**:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic **Counter Prep** team member to join our Sarang Caffe family As a Counter Prep, you’ll be at the heart of dessert preparation, ensuring that every treat is made to perfection. Your role will involve assembling menu items, maintaining a clean workspace, and working as part of a dynamic team to create joyful experiences for our guests.

**Your Role**:

- ** Prepare and Assemble Menu Items**: Create beautifully presented desserts, such as waffles, croffles, sundaes, and more, following Sarang’s recipes and visual standards.
- **Customize Orders**: Add toppings and finishing touches based on guest preferences and special requests.
- **Maintain Cleanliness**: Keep the counter and preparation areas clean, organized, and stocked with ingredients and supplies throughout your shift.
- **Manage Orders**: Use the Counter Prep tablet to receive, track, and complete food orders efficiently, coordinating with Barista and Cashier team members.
- **Ensure Quality**: Adhere to Sarang’s high standards for presentation and taste, ensuring every menu item is a delight to the senses.
- **Collaborate with the Team**: Work closely with the Barista and Cashier teams to ensure smooth service and timely preparation of orders.
- **Uphold Food Safety Standards**: Follow all health, hygiene, and safety regulations to ensure a safe and clean work environment.

**What You Bring**:

- A love for desserts and an eye for detail in food presentation.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-first attitude, with a willingness to support others and adapt to changing needs.
- Previous experience in food preparation or a kitchen setting is an asset but not required—training is provided
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
