**Position Summary**

The Stores Clerk position will be responsible for handling & control of parts and supplies in Perimeter Stores.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**
- Supply parts & materials to company personnel as requested.
- Use of WinAir Parts program for part number/description search to find locations for requested items.
- Parts & supplies receiving & issuing in the WinAir program.
- Picking, packaging & shipping of supplies for Perimeter northern stations, shops & bases.
- Inventory counts, checks & adjustments.
- Data entry in WinAir for work orders, and location & batch adjustments as directed by the manager.
- Effectively communicate with co-workers and vendors.
- Maintain an organized work area.
- Retrieve all parts and supplies as requested by company personnel.
- Use Stores WinAir parts program to find part locations, issue and receive/batch parts & supplies, and other WinAir computer work as requested by the Stores manager.
- Pack & ship supplies for Perimeter stations and other base locations as directed.
- Assist with inventory stock checks/counts.
- Return used & unused parts and supplies via WinAir program.
- Assist with parts driving and shipping as required.
- Assist in stock transfers - base to base parts and supplies transfers, as necessary.
- Respond to any internal customer requests for electrical repairs or expertise that would fall within the limits of your medical accommodation.

**Minimum Education and Experience**
- Grade 12 diploma required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office required
- Knowledge of aircraft/aviation parts considered an asset
- Knowledge and understanding of Perimeters company policies/procedures
- Ability to qualify for WAA (Winnipeg Airport Authority Security clearance)
- Indigenous Awareness and/or Cultural Diversity training

**Working Conditions**
- Overtime as required
- Lifting or moving up to 50lbs required
- Ability to walk up and down stairs, and bend
