**Looking to add one more person to our busy admin team**

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
One year real estate deal administrator experience an asset

Broker Wolf experience an asset

Outstanding customer service skills with ability to respond calmly

Pay strong attention to details

Motivated, energetic, and organized

Manage their time efficiently

Able to work independently in a fast paced friendly environment but also as part of a team

Willing to learn our processes as well as learn our intuitive deal submission program

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Enter deals quickly and accurately

Communicate with agents to ensure all documents are submitted in a timely manner to complete trade

Create and send invoices and trades to lawyers/coop brokerages/and agents

Respond to phone messages within two hours

Provide excellent, timely, and courteous communication to all agents

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pickering, ON L1V 4L9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
