**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the Optics cell team to schedule and prioritize repair activity
- Collaborate with Don Mills to schedule and prioritize repair activity
- Executing Dispositioned parts
- Executing Mod kits / TIBS
- Supporting containments when required
- Supporting and executing on CSG MRB, WASC MRB as well as MRBCCATEST
- Monitor and load materials requirement on behalf of the Optics cell & Receiving for service repairs
- Support materials evaluation and availability for repair floors. Being a liaison between Planning/Procurement and other Service Operations, Materials Team members regarding material availability for backorders and parts shortages globally
- Provide monthly metrics
- Be conversant will all aspects of the Materials ERP system sessions
- Provide material support to WASC’s not in ERP
- Work with Service Operations Coordinator Team as required

**Recommended Skills and Experiences**
- Competency using ERP systems

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to change using a Continuous Improvement approach
- Strong communication skills in a Team environment
- Detail oriented
- Collaborative with others

**Desired Education and Experience**
- Post Secondary Education or 5 years of progressive experience in Materials
- APICS Certification (or equivalent) or working towards certification a bonus
