**Responsibilities**:
1. Participation in the daily production meeting
2Consult with production manager to schedule production runs in a cost and time
- Efficient manner
3. Provide daily and weekly production schedule to department managers
4Monitor and anticipate when changes may be needed to the production schedule in order to support on
- Time delivery of customer demand and company objectives
5. Thoroughly planning use of productive resources to best utilize and meet customer demands
6. Lead/Expert user for the ERP system, managing all production requirements and inventory.
7. Create, review, and release production orders on ERP per schedule.
8. Take follow
- Up actions in relation to material shortages (determine substitutes, expedite, modify schedule, etc. )
9. Maintain the integrity of the MRP system regarding system transactions.
10. Maintain routing and bill of material for production orders together with QA
11. Update and generate weekly production reports and efficiency key performance metrics.
12. Collaborate with Purchasing to requisite and expedite material from warehouse/suppliers for production, as needed
13. Collect and evaluate data to identify waste or overtime sources
14. Collaborate with customer service, sales, plant staff and shipping/receiving department's
15. Lead inventory counts
16. Oversee production data team
17. Perform root
- Cause analysis using various problem
- Olving techniques to identify and subsequently solve issues in a systematic manner with timeline in mind.
18. Assist in special projects related to production and inventory control as required
