Vice Principal

**Sturgeon Public Schools **is currently seeking a dynamic, energetic and effective **Vice Principal **for Landing Trail School**.**

Landing Trail School, located in Gibbons, has a student population of approximately 400 students, with approximately 80 students accessing non-denominational Christian faith based (LOGOS) programming. From preschool to grade 4, Landing Trail School offers dynamic and well-rounded programming to support and nurture students’ development to prepare them for a bright future.

**FTE**: 1.0 Full Time Term Vice Principal; August 23, 2024 to June 30, 2025

**Educational & Professional Requirements**:

- Valid Alberta Teacher Certificate or eligibility for same is essential
- Advanced digital literacy skills are essential
- Previous leadership experience is an asset
- Graduate coursework or degree in Educational Leadership or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of successful classroom experience is essential

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 10 months

Pay: $69,510.00-$105,979.00 per year
