Game Master/ Customer Service Rep

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting guests
- Provide general customer service
- Answer phone inquires
- Host birthday parties or corporate events
- Provide game introductions to small and medium sized groups
- Participate in game activities to enhance customer experience
- Debriefs groups
- Resetting the game rooms
- General cleaning of lobby, game rooms, lounge and washrooms
- Assist with paperwork and inventory
- Assist with the general maintenance of props and game rooms
- Other duties as required

Qualifications:

- Must have a minimum of 1 year customer service experience.
- Must have exceptional customer service skills
- Must be a team player
- Must be extremely outgoing and have excellent communication skills
- Must be comfortable speaking to large groups of people
- Must have excellent problem solving skills
- Must have the ability to take initiative
- Must enjoy working in a fun and extremely fast paced environment
- Must be available to work predominantly evenings and weekends

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Seasonal

Pay: $16.55 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
