**What are your contributions to the team?**:
- Contribute to the foundation activities related to the Record to Report (RTR) S4HANA value stream: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Intercompany, Indirect Taxes, Cash Management
- Participate in Design Sprints for value streams Workflow, Forms, Enhancement, and Interfaces to and from S4HANA, etc.
- Consult with customers to understand their requirements, as required
- Support the definition of the future processes for value streams and ensure the adoption of best in-class business practices
- Evaluate configuration options and make recommendations for the future system design
- Support the definition of high level and detailed finance requirements for value streams
- Support the effort related to data clean-up and conversion, as well as user acceptance testing for value streams
- Produce management reports and contribute to the documentation of business processes and related operational procedures
- Contribute to the implementation of adequate master data maintenance procedures
- Help develop training material, participate in trainings and become a focal point for users post go-live
- Review/develop test scripts and scenarios to ensure adequate testing of S4 system configuration and integration for value stream design & functionalities as well as overall FI module
- Perform testing & propose resolution of problem fixes, configuration changes, enhancements, and new functionality to ensure system integrity and proper integration across process streams
- Identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness using technology and make recommendations where appropriate (make changes to use of system, business process and/or add additional functionality)
- Participate in the development of new standards and policies.
**How to thrive in this role?**:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or CPA designation (or equivalent)
- You have a minimum of 8 years experience working with SAP Finance modules including extensive experience and knowledge in SAP RTR value streams
- You have strong communication skills in both written and spoken English
- You have experience and in-depth knowledge of AR, AP, Intercompany, Indirect Tax and Cash Management financial processes and integrations with Operations and Procurement
- You have experience with S4HANA RTR workstream implementation
- You are recognized for innovation and continuous improvement, analytical and problem-solving skills
- You demonstrated competence in project management: teamwork, organization, results achievement and change management
- You have good oral and written presentation skills, comfortable communicating with different levels of the organization
- You are able to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities and responding to requests quickly
- You have strong Microsoft Office Suite skills especially Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
