**Introduction**:
Join the culinary team at Sushi Nova We are urgently seeking a dedicated Sushi Cook to craft traditional and innovative sushi dishes. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about Japanese cuisine and eager to contribute to a dynamic kitchen environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare various types of sushi dishes and sashimi according to traditional recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain freshness of fish and ingredients, ensuring high standards of quality.
- Operate and maintain cleanliness of sushi stations and kitchen equipment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage inventory and order supplies.
- Engage with guests to provide an excellent dining experience when required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sushi Cook or Sushi Chef.
- In-depth knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations.
- Skilled in preparing sushi rice, selecting fish, and presenting dishes creatively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
