Are you passionate about automobiles and possess exceptional organizational skills? We are seeking an experienced Automotive Estimator and Repair Planner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage, estimating repair costs, and planning the repair process to ensure efficient and timely service for our valued customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess the extent of damage and determine necessary repairs.
- Prepare accurate and detailed repair estimates using industry-standard guidelines and pricing tools.
- Collaborate with technicians and mechanics to understand repair requirements and devise appropriate repair plans.
- Source and order necessary parts and materials, ensuring timely availability for the repair process.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and third-party providers to provide estimates and secure approvals as needed.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers, providing updates on repair status and any additional findings during the repair process.
- Prioritize workload and effectively plan repair schedules to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards throughout the repair process.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, new vehicle models, and repair techniques to enhance estimation accuracy and repair efficiency.
- Support the continuous improvement of processes and procedures to enhance overall department efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Automotive Estimator and Repair Planner or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle systems, mechanical components, and repair techniques.
- Proficiency in using automotive estimating software and familiarity with industry-standard databases.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of explaining technical information to customers and team members effectively.
- Problem-solving skills to identify hidden damages and anticipate potential repair challenges.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing estimates and planning repairs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or vocational training in automotive repair or estimation is a plus.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
