Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Painter/Laborer to join our team. As a Painter/Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various painting and labor tasks to support construction projects. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in construction painting and general labor who is looking to contribute to the success of our projects.

**Duties**:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching as necessary
- Operate power tools and equipment such as sanders, sprayers, and rigging systems
- Assist carpenters with tasks such as installing drywall, trim work, and other related duties
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete tasks within specified timeframes while maintaining quality standards
- Read blueprints and follow instructions to ensure accurate completion of projects
- Caulk gaps and cracks to ensure a smooth and finished appearance
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project success
- Perform other related duties as assigned

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge and experience in construction painting techniques
- Proficient in the use of power tools and equipment related to painting and general labor
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret instructions accurately
- Knowledge of drywall installation techniques is preferred
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
- Experience in commercial painting is a plus

This is a paid position. Compensation will be based on experience.
