The Estimator is responsible for client sales and service activities to maximize revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction. The Estimator will actively seek value-add sales opportunities and maximize gross profit when creating estimates. He/She will also manage communication and contact with clients and insurance partners to ensure client satisfaction. The Estimator will work closely with the production team and is responsible for providing accurate information to customers and the dealership teams in terms of pricing, damage, and estimated time of repair.

Job Duties
- Review damage reports, repair orders and estimates of repair cost and plan work to be performed.
- Collaboration with production and parts efficiency manager to ensure production and profitability targets are met.
- Create repair estimates for potential clients according to Fix Auto and insurance companies best practices/guidelines.
- Actively seek value-add sales opportunities when inspecting the vehicle.
- Develop estimates with a focus on projected gross profit.
- Ensure estimate follow-up to maximize closing ratio.
- Collaborates with client experience personnel to ensure exceptional follow-up and service.
- Monitors vehicle production in collaboration with production and parts efficiency manager to ensure timely delivery.
- Closing of RO files and tracking job performance in collaboration with Production and Parts Manager to optimize profitability.
- Other related tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- High school or college automotive body repair diploma
- At least 2-3 years of collision repair experience in estimating/sales
- Experience in and competence with estimating systems (MCE Mitchell Cloud Estimating & Audatex) and Management software (Mitchell RepairCenter)
- Possess a valid drivers' license
- Proven leadership and track record of success
- Ability to work independently in a busy environment
- Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times

Working Conditions
- Safety equipment will be required, e.g. steel-toed safety boots, safety glasses/goggles, etc.
- Overtime as required.
- Hazards associated with the trade.
- Exposure to loud noises.
- Work both indoors and outdoors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
