**Marketing Coordinator Duties**:
- Coordinate effective social media posting with relevant content.
- Assist with managing regular updates to website, along with directing customer service inquiries.
- Provide accurate marketing expenditures for show settlements when required.
- Research, investigate and request vender access to applicable trade shows.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing material including posters, flyer, and brochures.
- Track and report social media metrics and marketing campaign results weekly.
- Track and report third parties analytics on ad campaigns.
- Create stationary, pamphlets, brochures and banners.
- Set-up and tear down display banners at scheduled trade shows.
- Experience with creative writing to produce original and engaging marketing initiatives.
**Education and Experience**:
- College diploma in marketing or related field _**or **_4-5 years of relevant experience in coordinating marketing, communications, social media, multimedia, and content creation.
- Experience managing, coordinating and tracking multi-platform marketing campaigns, including digital media, print, and/or radio.
- Project planning and organization skills, with ability to manage budgets and utilize resources effectively.
- Proficient with Microsoft, WordPress, Canva.
- Social media posting, reporting and management.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week
**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

- Marketing: 4 years (required)
