Your role at Coldwell Banker Maritime Realty is to further the impact of our brand through outbound marketing initiatives via print and online means. You will craft impactful content and campaigns that create business for the company, through social media, print advertising and Google PPC campaigns. You will be responsible to contact and nurture potential customers who register on our website or via socia media channels. You will be responsible to qualify and nurture leads who register via our website, with the goal of setting appointments. You will receive a monetary bonus for each lead that turns into a transaction.

This role will provide a base salary plus bonuses when you convert customer opportunities into appointments and sales.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Contact all inbound customers via our website
- Convert customer inquiries into appointments
- Onboard agents from a brand and marketing perspective
- Manage social media accounts of the CB Maritime Office
- Manage blog posts (content you create and content provided by CB Maritime
- Provide support/training to agents regarding their social media accounts
- Assist agents with video content creation
- Content creation via Canva
- Print media design via Canva (i.e property brochures).

**Skills Required**:

- Must be comfortable on the phone.
- Must be well spoken, polite and able to respectfully and effectively communicate with customers.
- Self motivated to convert customers into sales opportunities, with the monetary bonus in mind.
- Experience managing social media accounts.
- In-depth knowledge of the Canva platform.

**Other Assets**
- Video editing skills.
- Willingness to work outside of regular business hours to convert customers, with the monetary bonus in mind.
- Background in sales
- Background in branding
- Experience with Google PPC
- Experience with SEO
- Experience with Google Drive.

This is a fixed-term position covering a leave of approximately 12-18 months. The goal over that period is to create enough growth to maintain a 2nd full-time employee, at which point you would convert to a full time position.

We have a collaborative office environment with low turnover. We focus on positivity and celebrating the sucesses of the team. We aim to create the platform in which everyone feels comfortable and fulfilled in their position, as we collectively look to advance our company for everyone's benefit.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: From $24.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
