Store location: 127 Lebovic Avenue, Scarborough ON M1L 4V9

**Key Qualifications**:

- Food & Beverage experience would be considered an asset
- Strong customer service skills
- Enjoys working independently and in a team setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized and excels under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn quickly
- Must be able to work flexible hours including morning, late nights, weekends and holidays

**Responsibilities**:

- Provides quality beverages consistently to customers in accordance with Macao Imperial Tea’s drinks formula and preparation techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service; identify customer issues and/or complaints and handle them in a professional manner.
- Be able to memorize all the recipe provided to create the drinks
- Operate POS register to complete customer transactions safely
- Follow the health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the store
- Demonstrate professionalism at all times

Part-time hours: 10-15 hours per week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $15.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed

All customers are required to wear a mask. Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the storefront.
