We are currently looking for a highly qualified and experienced **IT Specialist - Level 1-2 **to be placed with our client in Saint-Hyacinthe, Quebec, which is one of Quebec's largest agricultural cooperatives. It specializes in four major business sectors: agriculture, retail, dairy processing and farm machinery.

**Position on site**

**Main duties**:

- Install, test and update IT equipment (computers and cell phones, peripherals, programs and software);
- Maintain, configure, secure and deliver IT equipment in compliance with established standards;
- Diagnose and handle incidents;
- Write procedures and various technical documents;
- Provide support to users in the use of equipment and software, as well as coaching and training;
- Contribute to the programming and deployment of various IT solutions (an asset);
- Periodically work on-call according to the schedule defined by the team.

**Requirements**:

- Computer training (DEC or AEC) or any combination of training and experience deemed relevant;
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a similar role;
- Experience in technical support of Windows environments;
- Excellent customer service;
- Able to adapt easily to change;
- Autonomous, assiduous and resourceful;
- Good command of Office365 (asset);
- Good communication skills when supporting users;
- Good command of Autotask software (asset);
- Ability to manage several incidents/tasks in parallel;
- Must possess a vehicle and a valid driver's license;
- Excellent communication in French (written/spoken;
