Housekeeping Attendant

We are looking for a thorough housekeeper with excellent cleanliness standards to attend all areas of our facilities. The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our facilities in clean and orderly condition.
- All aspects of general housekeeping including deep cleaning, organizing, stocking amenities, and any other duties assigned by Supervisor / Manager.
- Sweep, wash and sanitize all hard surface floors
- Move all reasonably portable furniture in rooms to clean under and behind
- Ability to repetitively lift 10kg and occasionally lift 20kg
- Dust furniture and vacuum carpeting and area rugs
- Make beds, change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries
- Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
- Empty and disinfect trash containers
- Ensure that all lost and found items are logged and placed in lost and found
- Report unsafe and hazardous conditions to the Housekeeping Manager / Supervisor
- Be courteous and professional in all guest contact
- Comply with the established housekeeping polices and procedures
- Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Create daily job lists and record all serviced rooms
- Maintain equipment in good condition
- Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
- Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required
- Check stocking levels of all consumables
- Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws
- Other duties assigned by Manager / Supervisor
- Experience serving breakfast and a Food Safety Certificate would be a bonus

Part-time hours: 16-32 per week

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
