**Your daily role**:
Reporting to the Plant Manager, the incumbent assumes all HR functions for the Bedford site by ensuring the coordination of labor relations, recruitment, training and staff commitment.
- Provide strategic advice to the organization on HR policies and issues
- Ensure compliance with and optimization of the practices under his/her responsibility by ensuring the development, implementation and management of processes, methods and tools relating to the proper functioning of human resources
- Work in a collaborative context, both with the human resources team and all partners and internal clients, within the framework of its own files as well as files shared
- Proposing and deploying different strategies/actions to ensure a healthy work climate and employee engagement
- Being the broadcaster of the Nortera culture, through its interventions, and promoting the dissemination of the commitment to the values and priorities of the organization among managers and the entire personnel (OSH, production, continuous improvement, etc.)
- Ensure representation and exchanges with the various internal committees, actors and partners in the sector
- Promote Occupational Health and Safety by supporting prevention programs and ensuring sound management of OHS files
- Keeping abreast of best practices in your fields of intervention, identifying opportunities, proposing and implementing improvements promoting the influence of your field and the organization.

**Your profile**
- **Bachelor's degree in human resources management or any other related training**:

- ** 3 to 5 years of experience**:

- ** Strong communication skills, both oral and written (French and English);**:

- ** Ability to manage several files simultaneously and in a constant evolution context;**:

- ** Good anticipation and vision of HR issues and operations;**:
