We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Window Cleaning Technicians. Speaking both English and French is a must for this position. While prior experience is not required, it is considered an asset.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform window cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Work long shifts ranging between 8-10 hours.
- Engage in physically demanding activities throughout the day.
- Collaborate with team members and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow.
- Take advantage of promotional opportunities based on performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be between the ages of 18-25.
- Ability to communicate fluently in both English and French.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and be coachable.

**Compensation**:

- $17 per hour, plus tips.
- Opportunity to make extra money by earning performance based commission on additional tasks.

**Description de poste**:
Nous recherchons des personnes motivées pour rejoindre notre équipe en tant que Nettoyeurs de Vitres. La maîtrise de l'anglais et du français est requise pour ce poste. Bien que l'expérience préalable ne soit pas nécessaire, elle est considérée comme un avantage.

**Responsabilités du poste**:

- Effectuer les tâches de nettoyage des vitres de manière efficace.
- Travailler de longues heures, entre 8 et 10 heures par jour. (40-50 heures par semaine)
- Effectuer des activités physiquement exigeantes tout au long de la journée.
- Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe et faire preuve de volonté d'apprendre et de progresser.
- Profiter des opportunités de promotion basées sur les performances.

**Qualifications**:

- Doit avoir entre 18 et 25 ans.
- Capacité à communiquer couramment en anglais et en français.
- Posséder un permis de conduire valide.
- Capacité à bien travailler en équipe et à être adaptable.

**compensation**:

- 17$ de l'heure, plus les pourboires.
- Possibilité de faire de l'argent supplémentaire en gagnant une commission basée sur les performances et sur des tâches supplémentaires.

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

- Secondary School (preferred)
