Overall, roofer duties include but are not limited to:

- Building and repairing roofs
- Choosing tiles, wood shingles and other necessary roofing materials
- Ensuring roofing projects are delivered on time and daily roofing tasks are completed
- The position requires stamina and balance as roofers often work at heights while operating various machinery and equipment. Roofers are also detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask.

Information about job
- Looking for a roofer to train to do flashing and TPO
- No experience is necessary but you do have to be a hard worker And comf working at heights as this is a roofing position.

- **A personal vehicle is required as job sites can be up to one hour away from downtown**.

What you should know
- We cannot work with unreliable people.
- we need to trust you will be there for your shifts as scheduled. We work as a team and when we are a team member down it weighs heavily on the rest.

- Work sites east, west, south, and north of downtown ottawa
- Hourly pay until training is completed and one month working post training completed then salary can be discussed but not guaranteed. Depends on your reliability and working performance.

- 8:30AM October-March

- Days end around 5PM unless super productive then may end earlier.

Work conditions
