**What We’re Looking For**

Our **Community Branch Network Division** is seeking a client-focused **Insurance Advisor, Personal Lines**. We want someone who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Our Maple Ridge branch is located in Westridge Centre, this location has been servicing the area since 1989. As a long-time member of the community, we are proud to service Maple Ridge with their auto, home and travel insurance needs.

**Requirements**:

- Level 2 General Insurance License
- 2+ year experience in personal insurance.
- Client service focused with exceptional communication skills
- Excellent insurance product knowledge.
- Asset experience that will make you stand out:_
- You have or are working towards an industry designation

**A Day in the Life**
- First things first, you’ll administer a personal insurance book of business.
- You’ll sell ICBC and private automobile coverage.
- You’ll accomplish front line underwriting as well as writing new home, travel and umbrella policies while cross selling other products.
- You’ll develop new business opportunities by securing renewals and cross selling new products.
- You’ll contact clients for renewal information and provide policy and coverage information as changes occur or upon inquiry.
- You’ll set and adhere to production budgets, including ICBC Autoplan and Private Auto Sales production.
- You’ll ensure compliance with all insurers, Insurance Council of BC and Privacy Act rules and regulations.
- You’ll ensure control of ICBC inventory and correct handling of all documentation and funds.
- You’ll handle any customer complaints with professionalism and understanding.
- At the end of the day, we represent HUB. You’ll need to ensure that you understand and live up to our HUB values, mission and vision.
