Behaviour Interventionist

$20-$30 an hour (negotiable based on experience and performance)

Location: Surrey Newton (along the Surrey / North Delta border)

We are a family in Surrey currently looking for a fun and energetic behavioural interventionist to join our home ABA team to work with our 5.5 years old son diagnosed with autism. Work will involve following programs provided by Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Niloofar Mohandesi using the Verbal Behavioural Approach. Previous experience is preferred but not required.

We're looking to fill after school hours starting in September (1.5 to 2 hour sessions anytime from 3:30pm-6:30pm) once to twice per week, with a minimum commitment of 1 year. Weekend session may potentially be an option as well. You must also be available to attend team meetings once a month. Training can start before September depending on your availability.

- be at least 19 years old
- have a clear criminal record
- have reliable transportation
- be responsible and energetic
- Patient and love working with kids
- have a positive attitude, willing to learn and accept / implement feed-back
