**Your Role**:
As a Conductor at FACE, you will play a pivotal role in implementing Conductive Education programs and fostering a supportive environment for individuals with motor disorders. The Conductor will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide personalized support, encouragement, and guidance to participants, promoting their independence and enhancing their overall quality of life.

**Essential Responsibilities**:
As a Program Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality and effectiveness of our programs. Your responsibilities will include:
**Conductive Education Implementation**:

- Lead and facilitate Conductive Education sessions, incorporating specialized techniques to address the unique needs of each participant.

**Training and Professional Development**:

- Provide ongoing training for staff and volunteers.
- Stay informed about best practices, new research, and developments in conductive education.
- Contribute to program development and innovation.

**Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with other Conductors, therapists, and support staff to create a cohesive and supportive environment for participants.

**Assessment and Progress Monitoring**:

- Conduct ongoing assessments of participants' abilities, track progress, and adjust programs as needed to ensure optimal development.

**Individualized Planning**:

- Develop and implement individualized education plans for participants, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, to address motor and developmental goals.

**Community Engagement**:

- Attend relevant community events to promote the organization and its programs.

**Participant Support**:

- Provide support to participants and their families, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive and inclusive experience.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of program activities and participant progress.
- Write reports as required for contracts with government agencies to assist in funding for participants in the programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Conductive Education or equivalent post-graduate degree
- Certified Conductor with relevant training in Conductive Education
- Experience working with individuals with motor disorders and developmental challenges
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving the lives of participants
