**Responsibilities**:

- Serve legal documents, such as subpoenas, summonses, and complaints, to individuals and businesses in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure proper documentation and proof of service is completed for each delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of served and unserved documents.
- Communicate effectively with management’s directions
- Adhere to all legal regulations and procedures governing process serving.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Cell Phone with data
- Computer with internet
- Printer
- Previous experience as a process server or in a related field preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- On call

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Work Location: On the road
